Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup buffalo wing sauce
  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Optional: sliced green onions, blue cheese crumbles, or parsley for topping

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and dressing until smooth
3. Stir in chicken and half the shredded cheddar cheese
4. Spread mixture into a baking dish and top with remaining cheese
5. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly
6. Garnish if desired and serve with chips, celery, or crackers

Notes

Storage: Keep leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in microwave or oven. Freezes well for up to 2 months.
