can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained and rinsed

can (15 oz) corn, drained

can (28 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies

beef or vegetable broth

packet taco seasoning
1 teaspoon
cumin

Instructions
Cook the Meat:
In a large pot, brown the ground beef or turkey over medium heat. Drain excess fat, if necessary.
Sauté Aromatics:
Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
Combine Ingredients:
Stir in black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, broth, taco seasoning, and cumin. Bring to a boil.
Simmer:
Reduce heat and let the soup simmer for 20-25 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
Ladle the hot soup into bowls and top with your favorite toppings such as cheese, sour cream, avocado, or tortilla chips.
